You can easily access the Webudding Creator app by downloading it from the App Store or Google Play.
If you want to check sales, settlements, or reviews, try using the app!
Please note: Product registration and editing are available only on the Creator Admin PC website.
1. Sales Overview
•
After clicking the date field, select a date range on the calendar to view the total sales amount for that period.
•
Click a product’s thumbnail to go to its product details page.
2. Settlement Overview
•
You can view the total monthly sales amount, settlement amount, and payout amount.
•
If settlement has not yet been processed, [Payment Pending] will be displayed; once completed, [Payment Complete] will appear in the top-right corner.
•
If there is any discrepancy in the settlement information, please contact us via chat support.
