[Monthly Settlement Confirmation]
Monthly settlement amounts are finalized on the 4th of the following month
(e.g., August settlement → finalized around September 4).
You can check this in the [Amount Due] tab in the Creator Admin.
[Settlement Payment]
Confirmed monthly settlement amounts are paid on the 20th of the following month.
If the 20th falls on a public holiday, payment will be made on the nearest business day.
Please Note!
The total sales amount in [Amount Due] is updated hourly at 05 minutes past the hour.
1. Check Settlement in [Amount Due]
You can check the settlement progress for each month in [Amount Due].

The image below is for reference only. The actual settlement amounts will be displayed in each creator’s admin dashboard.
On the Settlement Overview page, you can check the monthly sales amount, settlement amount, and settlement month for each sales period.

Click the guide in the Settlement section to view information on how settlement amounts are calculated.

Download Excel
Download the Excel file to check each sales month, sales amount, settlement month, and settlement payment amount.

Approved
The current month is still in progress, so settlement has not yet been calculated
4.
Payment Pending
Settlement amounts for the sales month are currently being calculated.
5.
Data Processing
Once settlement calculation is completed on the 4th of the following month, the status will be shown as “Data Processing.”
6.
Payment On Hold
Settlement is placed on hold if payment cannot be made due to the creator’s circumstances (e.g., business suspension or closure preventing issuance of cash receipts).
7.
Payment Complete
If settlement is completed on the 20th of the month, the status will be shown as “Settlement Completed.”
2. Calculation of Settlement

Amount Due (Settlement) = Monthly sales - Service fee
: Service fee is the only fee that Webudding takes. Creators don’t need to pay this fee as Webudding automatically deducts this fee from the monthly sales. If there are no monthly sales, we don’t take the service fee.•
Below is an example to help you understand how your payment amount is determined.

The dollar amount is rounded down to the nearest cent ($0.01)
Assuming that your monthly sales amount is US$112.86 and your service fee rate is 20%,
1.
Service Fee (A) = Monthly Sales Amount X Service Fee Rate
Calculating : $112.86 X 0.2 = $22.57 (A)
2.
Final Payment Amount = Monthly Sales Amount - Service Fee (A)
Calculating: $112.86 - $22.57 = $90.29
