We have a lot of updates upcoming, and here are the second and third part of our updates.
First, we're splitting this update into two phases,
The updates will be released as follows.
When will it go live

First update: Wednesday, December 17th, 2025

Update summary
First Update
1.
You can now utilize the Options feature to combine similar files as a single product.
2.
If you want to set different thumbnail images and product details for different options, please utilize the Primary Options feature.
3.
If you want to set the thumbnail image and product details to be the same regardless of the options, use the Secondary Options feature.
Second Update
1.
Along with the removal of the product details editor, dimensions of the thumbnail image have also changed.
Third Update
1.
You can now upload videos, and they will appear in the thumbnail area.
2.
You can now upload preview files and sample files.
Update #2 Highlights
Thumbnails & Products Detail

Previously, you could upload Product Details separately from the Thumbnail, as there was a product details editor. | 1. Now you can only upload thumbnails, and the thumbnail dimensions have been changed from 2000*2000px to 1600*2000px.
2. Thumbnails are now displayed vertically and as a slide in the product details area, not just in the top thumbnail area.
3. You can now upload at least 3 thumbnails instead of 1.
4. You can now upload up to 16 thumbnails instead of 5.
5. Thumbnails in English are now required instead of Korean. |
Please note that you should upload multiple one-paged thumbnails instead of the previous long, vertical images!

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. The thumbnail dimensions have changed, do I need to re-register the thumbnails of my existing products?
No. The previous thumbnails you have already registered will still be displayed after the update. However, some areas may be cropped during the display process.Q2. Will my existing product details disappear?
No. The product details data of existing products will be preserved, and you will not be able to enter product details for new products.We're making these updates to provide better product information to our Webudding customers.
