Can the settlement be put on hold?

If you would like to place your settlement on hold, please proceed as follows:
Please note that even if you request a settlement hold, any payout scheduled for the month in which the request is made will still be processed.

1. Please stop selling all of your products in the [Creator Admin].

[Creator Admin] → [My Products] → press Stop Selling for all of your products.
Please contact us if you have way too many products.

2. Please request a settlement hold via chat support.

When making a request, please submit your settlement hold request with the following information:
Brand name / Settlement hold date & time

3. If you wish to resume sales, please request the release of the settlement hold via chat support.

If you wish to resume sales, please change all products to Resume Selling in [Creator Admin] → [My Products].
