The stop selling feature has been updated for you on the Seller Admin website.

 Stop selling feature
Use the 'Stop selling' feature if you want to stop selling products.
You can use the 'Stop selling' feature instead of the chat for managing your products from now on.
 How to use
1.
Go to [My Products] > Select [Edit].
2.
Check âSelling Statusâ below the SKU.
3.
If the product is âOn saleâ, you can select âStop sellingâ next to the âOn saleâ.
4.
After selecting 'Request edit', the product will stop selling immediately.
When the selling status is in âOn Saleâ, itâs available to use the âStop sellingâ feature.
You can check the selling status on [My Products] to see if product sales have stopped normally.
You can see the selling status on [My Products].
 Resume selling
Selling can be resumed the same way as it was stopped.
 How to do
1.
Go to [My Products] > Select [Edit].
2.
Check âSelling Statusâ below the SKU.
3.
If the product is âStoppedâ, you can select âResume sellingâ next to the âStoppedâ.
4.
Select âRequest editâ.
5.
Once the review is completed, the sales will be resumed.
When you select âResume sellingâ, the selling status will be changed to âProcessingâ.
Thatâs because weâre on review of the product. If the product has no problem, the product is going to turn into âOn Sale' soon.
When requesting âResume sellingâ, the selling status will be changed to âProcessingâ.
After our review, the product will be on sale.
 Please note
âą
A product will stop being on sale immediately after selecting âStop sellingâ and âRequest editâ.

Product sales will resume once our review, which takes 1-2 business days, is completed.
âą
âStop sellingâ cannot be used when the selling status is âProcessingâ or âRejectedâ.
