Seed Usage Guidelines
The following policies will be in effect from November 29, 2023 (Wednesday) KST.
What are Seeds?

Seeds are a digital currency that can be charged and used within Webudding services.
•
You can use Seeds to purchase products.
•
Instead of paying for products each time at Webudding, recharge Seeds for convenient purchases!
How can you purchase and use Seeds?
•
You can recharge Seeds in [My Room] → [Seeds] →[Purchase Seeds]
When you recharge Seeds, you will also receive a certain amount of bonus Seeds.

You can hold a maximum of 5,000 Seeds.
•
When recharging Seeds, you cannot use bonus Seeds, and you can recharge them using in-app payments.
•
You can check the details of your charged Seeds in [Seed Purchases]
•
Charged Seeds can be used when making purchases.
You can buy products with Seeds on the order page or your cart page.
Do Seeds have an expiration date?
•
Seeds expire five years from the date of recharge.
•
If you voluntarily delete your account or do not log in for more than a year, your account will be deleted, and your Seeds will immediately expire, with no possibility of recovery.
How can you get a refund for Seeds charged within the Webudding app?
•
Seeds recharged through the app are eligible for a refund under the following conditions.

Within 7 days of payment

If none of it has been used

Refund method

If you request a refund within the Apple App Store or Android Play Store after using Seed on Webudding at least once, you will be classified as a user of 'malicious refunds'.
▪
If malicious refund requests are confirmed, your Weaverding service may be permanently suspended.
▪
If there are no Seeds to collect, you will have negative Seeds, and you will be required to pay the negative Seeds first when charging in the future.
▪
If you want to cancel a refund that has already been processed, please note that bonus points will not be refunded.

If you want a refund for Seeds, please contact us through 1:1 inquiry. We will check your usage history and guide you through the refund process (cancellation of payment in the app store and play store).
