02. [Layers] → add Layer
03. Drag the added layer down to the coloring image layer
04. How to use color swatches: [Actions] → [Canvas] → [Reference]
If [References] window is active, you can import color swatch from Files and Images apps. Click and press the color you want to use on the reference screen to extract the color.
