These terms are an agreement between you and Webudding Inc. ("we," "us"), the maker of Wenotes. By using Wenotes, you agree to these terms.
Using Wenotes
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Wenotes on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, sell, or reverse-engineer the app, or use it for anything illegal.
Your Content
Everything you create in Wenotes belongs to you. Your notes are stored on your device (and in your personal iCloud account, if you turn on backup). We do not access your content, and we claim no rights over it.
You are responsible for backing up your content. If you delete the app or lose your device without a backup, your notes cannot be recovered by us — we never had them.
Accounts
You don't need an account to use Wenotes. If you sign in, a Webudding account is created or linked. Your Webudding account is governed by the Webudding Terms of Service, which also apply when you sign in with a Webudding account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your use of those sign-in services is governed by Apple's or Google's own terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we receive. You can delete your account anytime in the app's settings.
Purchases
Some features require a one-time purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, under Apple's payment terms. Refunds are handled by Apple — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Prices may change, but a change never affects what you have already purchased.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Wenotes to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.
Disclaimers
Wenotes is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data — please keep backups.
Termination
You can stop using Wenotes anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as Your Content, Disclaimers) continue after termination.
Apple
These terms are between you and Webudding Inc., not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or handle claims for Wenotes. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Changes to These Terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continuing to use Wenotes after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law rules.
